Join our agricultural field team in Brussels, Ontario. As a worm picker, you will work outdoors in all seasonal weather conditions. This is an active, physical role where your efforts directly support our commercial live bait distribution across Canada.
- Pick and gather live nightcrawlers during evening and night field operations.
- Level earth and ground beds to fine grade specifications.
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on farm equipment and tools.
- Examine harvested worms for quality, sizing, and market readiness.
- Complete basic daily progress reports and logs.
Work Conditions & Candidate Profile
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and natural soil environments.
- Repetitive physical motion, bending, walking, and manual dexterity.
- No education or degree required. Full on-the-job training provided.
